Nantes gears up for annual Heritage Day 10km run

Nantes Athletics Club’s annual 10km road race will take place on Heritage Day, Wednesday, September 24, starting on the service road between Vangate Sports Complex and Vangate Mall. The event, billed as the Run as One" race, also includes a 10km walk and a 5km fun run. Online entries are available at Webtickets.co.za as well as on race day, from 5.30am, at Vangate Mall. Entry fees are R110 for licensed runners and R170 for unlicensed athletes. For junior licensed runners, the entry fee is R70; unlicensed junior runners pay R110. Licenced runners 70 and older pay R60, and unlicensed runners 70 and older pay R120. Online entries will incur an additional admin fee of R10. The entry fee for the 5km fun run is R60.
