Masi Pumas receive support from rugby community

Resources including balls, pumps, whistles, cones, slalom poles, water bottles, and agility equipment were donated to Masiphumelele Pumas after a friendly match against False Bay. The Bay Crocks, who had hosted the SA Golden Oldies tournament in 2022, had bought surplus stock of many of the items from the organisers with a view to donating to rugby teams in need. The Masi Pumas have been hard at work since February, with a pre-season programme which includes Rocklands RFC and the one against the Bay. Their senior players train on Mondays and Thursdays at the Noordhoek rugby grounds, with a fitness session at Caracals Fitness, while the under-20s train on Mondays and Wednesdays and participate in the Tuesday fitness sessions.
