The City’s offices and municipal courts will be closed on Tuesday September 24, for Heritage Day.
Customer offices in the Lansdowne Corner Mall, Liberty Promenade Mall and Table Bay Mall will also be closed.
Customers are encouraged to make use of the City’s e-services and online payment options where possible.
Mayoral committee member for finance Siseko Mbandezi advised the public to check the City’s website or to call ahead before visiting the nearest office if in doubt.
The public can settle their accounts by using the QR code on their invoices, which allows access to the payment portal.
