Yesterday the City of Cape Town announced its decision to temporarily close the Green Point Park and Company’s Garden in an effort to curb the spread of coronavirus (Covid-19).
Currently, South Africa has 202 confirmed cases and that number is expect to rise.
Gauteng has the highest number of cases followed by the Western Cape while the Free State recorded its first case yesterday.
People are encouraged to wash their hands with soap regularly or use hand sanitizers. When coughing or sneezing, use your elbow instead of your hand.
