On Thursday September 26, Sea Point-based artist, photographer and self-published author, Grazia Barletta launched her third book at Wordsworth titled, Delicious Italian Moments. The book is a balance of beautiful photography and easy-to-prepare Italian meals. Much of the inspiration for the book, she said, came from her mother Rosa who died five years ago, and who taught her most of what she knows about cooking. The book has four sections dedicated to starters, first courses, main course and desserts and is available at the Wordsworth bookstore in Sea Point.
