The Federated Hospitality Association of South Africa (FEDHASA), the The Restaurant Collective and SA Chefs held a cook-off challenge sponsored by cooking experience Food Jams at it’s premises in Salt River last Tuesday, July 30.

Themed "Back to our Roots Heritage Cook-Off", guests were given two hours to use provided ingredients to cook a starter, main and sides under the guidance of renowned chefs, after which all the dishes were put on a table for sharing.
