If customers can’t make up their mind about what they would like to drink, then KAUA.I. will recommend their coffee order for the day.

The development of KAUAI.I. is one of Kauai’s ways to constantly improve the customer experience by providing more interactive and engaging customer interactions, and while the initial focus is on coffee-related queries, Shah explains that there are ambitious plans to expand its scope in the future.
“In the future, KAUA.I. could engage customers in conversations about wellness, nutrition, and other product-related areas.
“It has the potential to become a personal nutritionist, assisting our customers in their transformation and sustainability journeys,” he says.
At the heart of this coffee innovation is also Kauai’s exclusive signature blend, a testament to the Kauai’s commitment to quality and ethical sourcing.
This “medium-bodied” blend has the perfect balance of South American and African coffee beans from farms in Honduras, Ethiopia, and Colombia.
